If you receive a product from us that is defective, we will gladly replace it free of charge. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with the content.

Advertising

Roxalot Entertainment / Belly Dance Television does not promise results of any kind from advertising with us. There is no guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. No refunds or credits will be given for lack of response to an ad placed on BD-TV. There will also be no refunds or credits given for errors or omissions to any ad if the mistake was caused, directly or indirectly, by the advertiser. However, if an error or omission is found on a shipping product and is determined to be the fault of Roxalot / BD-TV, we will make every effort to rectify the situation, which may include credit towards a future advertisement. Each event will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and the compensation, if any, to the advertiser will be solely determined by BD-TV.

Since there is no way to determine if any error or omission on an ad would have any effect whatsoever on the effectiveness of the advertisement and/or its results, Roxalot / BD-TV is not liable for monetary damages or compensation under any circumstances. However, our goal is to have satisfied customers who enjoy doing business with us, so it is in our best interest to work with all advertisers to help ensure repeat business.
